At Huazhe, we call the M620 our "OEM-level player". It is not just a common replacement part. It has one clear goal: to perfectly replace the original part, and in some ways, even perform better. Many car owners face a tough choice: buy expensive original parts or cheaper generic ones. We made the M620 to solve this problem. It gives you original quality but without the high price tag.

We use 40Cr steel, a high-quality material often chosen for key car safety parts. Before it even arrives at our factory, every batch of this steel is tested for any internal cracks or flaws. We use precision die forging, not just regular forging. This makes the part denser and stronger. The ball head is CNC cut and super-finely ground until it is smooth as a mirror, which lowers friction. The threaded rod is made with CNC rolling, hitting the highest international precision standards. For heat treatment, we use a fully controlled process with quenching and tempering, plus induction hardening on the ball shape. This means the hardened layer is even all around, not soft in some spots and hard in others. The ball head hardness stays steady between HRC 58-62, so it resists wear and impact well.

We fit the M620 with a custom-made chloroprene rubber dust cover. This material handles oil and aging better than regular rubber. Inside, a double-lip oil seal and special long-life grease keep it working well in extreme temperatures, from -40°C to 120°C. Every single M620 must pass a full set of tests based on original equipment standards. This includes fatigue tests, running it back and forth a million times to check its life, and extreme temperature seal tests. The M620 shares the same specs as the S620. This means you can cover more vehicles with less stock. In our tests, it showed over 25% better fatigue resistance than standard products. Its black coating is not just paint. It goes through a strict process to fight rust much better on gravel roads or in salty areas.
