Although these vehicles are small, they require highly precise and flexible steering. The S618 is a high-precision joint we developed for these agile machines. We observed a common issue in the market: many ball joints for low-speed vehicles become loose quickly, resulting in steering that lacks precision. To address this, we craft each S618 ball joint with the precision and care of a finely crafted component.

We do not use basic casting methods. Instead, we select low-carbon alloy steel and employ a precision cold forging process. This strengthens the metal's internal grain structure, making the part more durable. After forming, we perform a carburizing process, which hardens the surface for wear resistance while keeping the core tough for impact strength. The spherical surface is CNC turned and finely ground, ensuring a perfectly round ball that moves smoothly without rough spots. The threaded portion is produced through a combined cutting and rolling process, creating full, strong threads for a secure fit. For sealing, we add a nitrile rubber dust cover that snaps on securely to keep out mud and sand. Inside, we apply a low-viscosity, long-life grease and seal it with a micro oil seal, ensuring lifetime lubrication with no additional maintenance required.

Each S618 is inspected for size and fit before leaving our factory and must pass a 48-hour salt spray test. Our electrophoresis coating acts as a strong black armor against gravel roads, mud, and harsh weather. This product is one of Huazhe's most competitive offerings. It is small, lightweight, and fits perfectly in micro-cars and low-speed vehicles. Importantly, we add a knurled pattern on the stud. This detail is crucial for the replacement market: if the hole in the arm has worn and become slightly loose with age, the knurled texture grips the metal tightly, restoring a strong connection.
