The ball joints they used before needed replacing every 3-4 months. Each change meant delayed deliveries. After switching to our T40, some have run for over 9 months with no issues. Forged and Tested for Strength: No Hidden Flaws

 

The main body is made from 40Cr alloy steel. This material has a great balance of strength and toughness, perfect for heavy loads. It is strong enough to resist bending and tough enough to absorb sudden impacts. We use precision die forging. After forging, every single piece goes through flaw detection. This step is critical. If the forging parameters are not perfect, tiny internal cracks can form. You cannot see them, but under heavy load, they can start a failure. Flaw detection removes these hidden risks. For heat treatment, we use fully controlled quenching and tempering, plus profile induction hardening on the ball head. The hardened layer is 1.5-2.0mm deep, with a hardness of HRC 58-62. This gives a hard, wear-resistant surface and a tough core.

Sealed and Coated for Tough Conditions: Lasts Longer on Rough Roads

 

We designed the sealing system for the real-world conditions these trucks face, like construction sites and country roads. It combines a chloroprene rubber dust cover with a double-layer oil seal. The CR rubber resists oil and aging much better than standard rubber. The double seal gives two layers of protection: the first blocks large mud and sand, and the second keeps the grease inside. Before leaving the factory, every T40 must pass three core tests. It goes through 2 million cycles in a fatigue test, simulating heavy use. It passes a 72-hour salt spray test with no red rust. It also passes extreme temperature seal tests from -40°C to 120°C. The T40 has strong radial load capacity, made for medium-torque steering systems. It replaces parts on Isuzu N-series, JMC Kaiyun, and Foton Ollin trucks directly, with no modifications needed.
