Large Forging Press for Density: 5× Safety Margin

This ball joint uses high-strength alloy material specifically designed for heavy-load applications, meeting international standards for heavy vehicle parts. Tensile strength exceeds 1000 MPa, with impact and fatigue resistance far beyond standard joints.

The main body is formed using a large forging press, producing dense, defect-free material. Forged blanks undergo 100% flaw detection to ensure no internal defects.

Precision grinding combined with high-temperature quenching ensures smooth rotation and wear resistance. Ball surface roughness is controlled to Ra 0.2 or less, and specialized grease ensures long-term durability. The surface hardness after quenching reaches HRC 58–62, maximizing wear resistance.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing for Extreme Rust Protection: 200-Hour Salt Spray

The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, forming a thick zinc-iron alloy layer that far outperforms standard electroplating in corrosion resistance. In salt spray tests, the ball joint lasts 200 hours without red rust, making it suitable for harsh environments like construction sites and outdoor transportation.

Lab destructive tests confirmed that the joint can withstand up to 5× its rated load before deformation, providing an exceptional safety margin. Additional rigorous testing includes:

Load test: 3× rated pressure for 24 hours with no damage

Fatigue test: 4 million cycles (≈150,000 km) with clearance change under 0.15 mm

Corrosion test: 200-hour salt spray with no red rust
