Camber Ball Joint

At Huazhe, we call the camber ball joint the "universal joint" of the chassis. It allows for flexible multi-angle movement while still transmitting force. It is like your wrist, which can bend and turn but still pass along strength. This idea came from a customer's feedback. He had a modified off-road vehicle with a very long suspension travel. Regular ball joints would bind up and not move freely at extreme angles. Our camber ball joint solved this problem. No matter how the suspension moved, it adapted smoothly.

We choose high-quality stainless steel as the main material. Why stainless steel? Because this product is used in many places, from regular cars to commercial and even special vehicles, often in harsh conditions. The big advantage of stainless steel is its natural ability to resist corrosion. It does not need a coating for protection. In our salt spray tests, regular alloy steel with an electrophoretic coating starts to rust at the edges after 500 hours. Our stainless steel product still looks new after 1000 hours. Stainless steel is "stickier" and harder to machine. We brought in special imported CNC equipment and custom tools to handle it. This ensures the ball's size is controlled to within ±0.01mm. The ball surface goes through multiple grinding steps until it is super smooth, with a roughness of Ra0.1, creating very little turning resistance.

After machining, we polish the surface and apply a passivation treatment. Polishing makes it smoother, so mud and dirt do not stick easily. Passivation creates a thin, dense oxide layer on the stainless steel, boosting its corrosion resistance even more. This product features an adjustable design. You can change its length to fit different vehicle installation needs. This is very popular in the modification market and for special vehicles, where mounting points are often non-standard. It passed three strict tests: 3 million cycles in a fatigue test, a wear test in simulated sandy conditions, and temperature cycling from -50°C to 150°C.
