This tie rod end ball joint is made from high-strength alloy steel meeting international standards. After quenching and tempering, tensile strength exceeds 850 MPa, with excellent hardness and toughness. It also provides outstanding wear, fatigue, and impact resistance, adapting to long-term, high-frequency steering loads.

The manufacturing process combines precision forging and CNC lathe finishing. Precision forging ensures a dense internal structure with no defects, while CNC finishing guarantees critical dimensions are accurate. Thread precision reaches 8g level with full thread profiles and no burrs, ensuring a tight fit and preventing stripping. Final hardness is controlled between HRC 28–32, balancing strength and toughness.

The surface undergoes anti-corrosion and rust-resistant treatment, paired with a high-performance seal to resist rain, sand, and other environmental factors. Internally, a high-quality wear-resistant bushing reduces friction between parts and absorbs road impacts, improving ride comfort.
