The manufacturing process combines precision forging and CNC machining. Precision forging ensures a dense internal structure with no weak spots, while CNC machining guarantees critical dimensions. Forged blank size tolerance is controlled within ±0.1 mm, allowing sufficient margin for subsequent finishing. After strict heat treatment, the material achieves optimal hardness and toughness, balanced at HRC 28–32-strong enough to resist deformation but tough enough to avoid cracking.


Built-In Seal and Rust Protection: Tested for 2 Million Cycles
The surface receives a professional anti-corrosion treatment, effectively resisting road sand, mud, and rain. Salt spray tests show 48 hours without red rust. A built-in high-performance seal keeps dust and contaminants out, preventing accelerated wear.
