At Huazhe, we call this lower ball joint the "Load-Bearing Leg" of the suspension system. It is installed between the lower suspension arm and the steering knuckle, transmitting both vertical and horizontal loads. Like a human leg, it supports the body while coordinating movement.

The concept for this product came from a logistics customer, who said: "My truck carries cargo every day. The lower ball joint is like a human knee, bearing weight daily. The joints we used before would get loose after 20,000 km. Do you have something specifically designed for load-bearing?" Inspired by this, we developed this load-transmission type lower ball joint.

Multi-Layer Coating and Precise Turning: Built for Heavy Use

The surface features a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating that resists rain, dust, oil, and other harsh conditions, preventing rust and deformation. In salt spray tests, it lasts 72 hours without red rust. Precision ball machining ensures smooth rotation with no sticking. Steering play is controlled within international standards, providing smooth handling, minimal slack, and reduced driving noise.

This load-transmission lower ball joint has passed heavy-duty testing, including:

Load test at 3× rated pressure for 24 hours with no damage.

2.5 million-cycle fatigue test, equivalent to ~80,000 km of driving, with clearance change under 0.12 mm.

Wear test in simulated muddy conditions for 80 hours, with ball wear under 0.03 mm.

High-Strength Alloy for Load Bearing: Passes 3× Load Test

This ball joint is made from high-strength alloy material that meets international standards. After rigorous physical and chemical testing, its tensile strength exceeds 850 MPa. It provides excellent tensile strength, compression resistance, and wear resistance, capable of handling complex loads while providing long-term durability.

The production process follows international precision manufacturing standards through multiple steps, including precision forging, CNC machining, high-temperature heat treatment, and multi-layer rust prevention. Every step undergoes professional quality inspection, precisely controlling product dimensions and surface smoothness. The forged blank size tolerance is within ±0.1 mm, allowing sufficient margin for subsequent finishing. After high-temperature heat treatment, the material achieves optimal hardness and toughness, with final hardness controlled between HRC 28–32 - too hard, it may crack; too soft, it may deform.
