The Dedicated Partner for Control Arms: Made to Match

At Huazhe, we call the lower control arm ball joint the "Dedicated Partner" for the control arm. It is specifically designed for the lower control arm and is installed between the end of the control arm and the steering knuckle. Its core function is to transmit steering torque and suspension loads, coordinating the movement of the control arm and steering system.

The design concept is simple: we match the original part exactly. Rather than a one-size-fits-all part, this is a dedicated component. This ensures smooth coordination between the control arm and steering system, providing precise and stable handling.

High-End Alloy with 100% Inspection: No Internal Defects Allowed

This lower control arm ball joint is made from high-end alloy material meeting international standards. After strict material testing and screening, its tensile strength exceeds 900 MPa. It provides excellent compression resistance, tensile strength, and wear resistance, capable of handling various loads transmitted by the control arm while offering long-term durability.

The production process follows international precision manufacturing standards through multiple steps, including precision forging, CNC machining, high-temperature heat treatment, and anti-corrosion surface treatment. Every step undergoes professional quality inspection to ensure precision and quality throughout. All forged blanks pass flaw detection, with no internal defects allowed. After high-temperature heat treatment, the material achieves optimal mechanical properties, with final hardness controlled between HRC 28–32 to balance strength and toughness.

Precision Transmission for Smooth Coordination: Tested for 2 Million Cycles

The surface features an advanced electrophoretic coating with excellent anti-corrosion performance. In salt spray tests, it lasts 72 hours without red rust. The coating resists rain, dust, oil, and other harsh conditions, ensuring long-term stable performance.

This ball joint efficiently transmits steering torque and suspension loads, guaranteeing smooth coordination between the control arm and steering system. Steering slack is minimized, improving precision and stability. It has been specifically tested for control arm applications, including:

2 million cycles of a ±20° swing test, simulating the actual motion path of the control arm and steering knuckle, with clearance changes under 0.1 mm.

A tensile test at twice its rated load for 10 minutes with no loosening or deformation.

A 50-hour dynamic seal test in simulated muddy conditions with no leakage.
